Warm, affirming, and collaborative care

I provide a space that is affirming, collaborative, and real. My work centers clients who want support exploring identity, relationships, sexuality, and healing without shame.

Therapy with me is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in helping you feel more connected to yourself, your body, and your relationships.

My practice is especially supportive of LGBTQIA+ clients, kink and BDSM communities, and ethical non-monogamy.

My personal experiences in mental health and the medical field also inform my approach to coping with mental health and chronic illness issues for my clients. Though I have experience in the kink and the ENM worlds, I think you are the expert in your life and relationships, so I encourage self autonomy while providing alternative views to insure your safety within your relationships.

Personal Life

I have been married since 2017 to a wonderful husband. We have 4 chosen fur babies, Butters, Brad, Pete, and Este, who I guarantee will make an appearance at least once in your sessions! My husband and I practice ethical non-monogamy and have been involved in our local kink scene for more than 10 years. I believe sexuality is ever-evolving for most people, myself included. In my free time, I love making funny vinyl t-shirts and stickers, cuddling with my kitties, listening to true crime podcasts, and watching trashy reality tv and true crime documentaries.

Unlike "traditional" or more old school therapy, I think my self disclosure sometimes encourages and provides support to my clients. I will not share enough that you think we are besties, but I think self-disclosure does have a place in therapy if it helps my clients. And since I have the desire to help my own community, self disclosure is mandatory. Because of this unique relationship, I know there are chances to see each other in the "real world", and I hope you know I would never out you by saying hello in the community without you first saying hello to protect your privacy.
